Properties:
Manufactured in BD Vialon, a unique polyurethane, radiopaque biocompatible catheter material
Easy insertion: the strength of BD Vialon makes it possible to manufacture a catheter with a finer, stronger, more reliable tip, giving it excellent penetration characteristics.
The catheter is rigid before insertion but becomes soft inside the body. This unique feature adds to the biocompatibility of BD Vialon and results in a lower risk of complications.
Flow rate: BD Insyte is a thin-walled catheter with a higher flow rate than other catheters of the same gauge.
BD Vialon has good kink resistance and kink recovery to ensure an optimum flow rate.
